New Zealand based fitness company Les Mills, which is the leading provider of fitness programs, launched VR cycling classes in Dubai. These are going to be one of the most captivating and effective workout classes that users have ever meet. The VR cycling experience, dubbed as The Trip, will immerse class members in a fast-moving, virtual journey.
The Trip has been developed as an intensive workout with sprint interval training. The whole workout has a duration of 40 minutes, which will contribute to burn calories, get rid of fat, as well as get more flexible. During the classes, participants can take a short rest before the next level of the workout.
According to the American College of Sports Medicine’s research, which is the world’s leading organization of sports exercise science, VR classes of workouts can disguise the hard work of users’ body, which eases the process and makes them work out longer.
The Trip will be hosted for the first time by GFX, one of the largest fitness studios of Dubai. GFX is located in the central business area of UAE, in Business Bay. But Les Mills is readying to open its classes in other studios until the end of July 2017. Among studios is Talise Fitness, located in Madinat Jumeirah, which is supported with the latest equipment for world class fitness.
For the first visitors, each first workout will be without charge. While the fee for a package will cost Dhs 85 for each class. For more details, all interested users can call to the following number: 04 425 5940.
